ARMS are used by Telco/Prepaid Distribution Company to manage various
reload, top-up and billing activities.
The conventional method for reloading is via physical card/coupon, which
has a range of disadvantages such as high cost for printing, security
storage, logistics/distribution and the risk of pilfering and theft.
With CMS ARMS, Telcos/Prepaid Distribution Company can utilize either
one/all of the following dispensing channels (IVR, Internet, SMS, POS/EDC
payment terminal) to provide the airtime PIN to the consumer.
CMS ARMS is built to handle all prepaid related transactions, utility
bill payment, gift voucher issuance, ticket issuance and other
electronic transactions via the 4 available dispensing channel options.
